All our products are first quality, custom made to your specifications, and shipped direct to you from the factory. Cost is determined by the job.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

In the late 1990’s we began providing shutters to the Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland area. In 2003 we branched towards the beach area, servicing Virginia Beach, Tidewater and Hampton Roads. Currently our shutters cover the entire states of Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Washington DC, and Northern North Carolina. 13 employees. No subs. Cost is determined by the job. Rick (the owner) came out when we called last December 2018, gave us a very fair estimate. We hired his company and to tell the honest truth we have never had such a professional owner and employees working at our home. They showed up on time, texted before they were going to arrive. Went right to work and did a fantastic job and cleaned up so well you would never know they were there!!! This company is so good that we just hired them again (July2019) to put two new designer sliders in. When you text or call Rick you get a call or text right back if you have any questions. We are actually looking for more things for this company to replace. We highly recommend this company and you won't be disappointed. Their work is superior."
