"Unfortunately, the customer provided measurements were always followed by question marks and uncertainty. We did not want to cut a customer's fabric without firm dimensions. We were going through several issues on our end causing delays, i.e. cancer treatments, illnesses, etc.. We and the customer spoke on the phone and emailed regarding the job several times trying to come up with final style and dimensions to no avail. The customer then came into the shop to drop off information and a deposit. Since we had something in the customer's writing, we proceeded with the job. We notified the customer via email regarding delays on our end and she seemed to understand. We are saddened to hear about the review but beating cancer trumps work every time. She left a voicemail on Craig's cell 12/14/2022 requesting them for this weekend and he texted her today saying she can pick them up Friday afternoon."
