Custom Upholstering & Total Restorations

At the end of July they agreed to make valances for my kitchen. I gave them over $300 worth of material in August and a check on August 18th, 2022. The check was cashed on December 5, 2022 and I have not seen my valance, the material or my money since. They have not returned my calls and the business is closed each time I go there. If they are not crooks I would like them to explain what kind of humans they are.

Craig explained what needed to be done and how he'd do it. I left him the 6 seats and 6 weeks later I picked the up. They looked and felt very well and they all fit back in the chairs. Craig also explained how to clean the wood chairs themselves and which products to use.

Craig provided turnkey service from pick-up to delivery (Arlington).  The final price matched his quote, and he finished the project according to the agreed upon schedule.  He worked with the fabric I provided and trimmed seams as I requested.  Importantly, he employed the same methods and types of quality materials used when the sofa was new (no foam cushions) so the finished product is true to the original.

My experience here was fantastic!  I contacted Craig via email and he responded promptly giving me a rough estimate.  I set up an appointment to drop it off and was so at ease when I got there.  The chair originally had a floral pattern fabric, that I assume was popular in the 1940's.  The springs on the seat were completely shot and part of the wood on the arm was damaged from a dog chewing it.  I went in with the idea to reupholster the chair with a neutral zebra fabric, but I admit I was a bit nervous about presenting it.  Boy was I surprised at the excited response I got!  We spent a good half hour going through different color and fabric choices.  Finally I settled on one that was easily cleaned and durable.  The fabric was on back order so my project took a few months longer than I expect it would have otherwise.  I did not have any time constraints so it worked out perfectly.  Overall I had such a fantastic experience and am currently saving to have my antique camel back couch refurnished there as well.

Craig helped me with the information to put the claim in with the insurance and he thought of including items I wouldn't have thought of. He did a fantastic job on the table top and didn't have to even refinish the leaf. The chairs had to be recovered and they looked just like new. He brought a lot of fabric samples so we could do everything in our home. He picked the items up on a Saturday and delivered them on Sunday for our convenience with no delivery charge. He was so nice and so professional. I would definitely recommend him to friends and use his services again.

Craig did a great job with everything.  He came to my home, did all the measurements and installation right there so I didn't have to haul my cabinet into the store.  Regarding the chair, he took that back to his shop, disassembled, laundered the pieces that he removed, and fixed my springs.  The slipcover has yet to be delivered but I know it is going to look fabulous...they spent three hours at my house measuring/cutting the fabric.

This is a wonderful, family-owned business...local...charming.  I'm looking forward to my next project.
