"Gerald is my new handyman! He’s very professional. His service is fast and efficient. I booked him for the assembly of a queen size bed frame & headboard. I requested his services around 9am, he arrived to my residence at 10:30am, then finished at 11:30am! PHENOMENAL!! He ensured that it was to my liking and moved it around until it was in the perfect spot. He also made sure it wasn’t crooked and even informed me how to properly move it if I decide to move it again so that it wouldn’t break or become damaged. "I started the remodel myself and made a mess of a few things but Cougar Development Corp was able to repair my mistakes and give us a finished product that we can be happy to have our guests use. The vanity and shelving look amazing and the trim work done throughout is fantastic. At the end of the project I even requested caulking throughout to prepare for the paint due to my lack of equipment and they did it quickly and perfectly.

"Very efficiently knew what he was doing. They'll be in on a rainy day. It was terrible to do a garage door opener but we completed it and we got it hooked up. Got started. I've actually called him since asking questions and he's been gracious enough to answer my questions, and offer to come by and take a look at if I had a problem. So he's a very nice kid. I'll say I'm 79 years old so he's a kid."
