"NOT HAPPY. Tri City Gutters installed the gutters on my garage but didn?t put enough slope for proper drainage. After 18 months the water backed up and rotted the wood holding the end of the gutter. That was in May 2025. It is now September 16, 2025. The gutter came down still under warranty. I called, sent pictures of the damages as requested. They never followed up so I called multiple times, left messages and sent emails. They never returned any communication and they have ghosted me. They do not honor their work."
