Mohammed came out and replaced the compressor and dryer on our LG refrigerator 2 years after purchase and it has worked great ever since. After five years we had a strange noise start up and a phone call with Mohammed cured the problem over the phone. Mohammed is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I would certainly call him for service again.

My LG Refrigerator recently quit cooling second time. This time LG sent Mohammed from REA Services (first time in the beginning of the year when refrigerator stopped cooling, LG sent a technician from some other company/services and he replaced the compressor but the high pitch sound started in a month and cooling was not proper as food was spoiling). Second time when refrigerator stopped cooling, LG sent Mohammed from REA Services Inc. Mohammed came on time and after his diagnosis, he explained me that, my refrigerator needed condenser also to be replaced along with compressor. My Refrigerator was almost completing 5 years but was still under warranty, Mohammed spoke to LG and got both the parts ordered. He also explained how he uses latest equipment to replace compressor that uses riveting instead of older welding technique. He came next time and replaced both. Both the times he was very professional, wore boots, protected the floor with blankets and took care to explain what he was doing. The whole job took just a few hours and when he left, the refrigerator was working like charm. I intentionally waited more than a month to write this review. Even today my refrigerator is working like new. I would recommend Mohammed to anyone. He is really a FIVE STAR technician.

My LG recently quit cooling and after some miscues LG assigned my servicing to REA Services of Richmond. The refrigerator was just under the 5 year no-cooling warranty so everything was covered. Mohammad of REA arrived on the assigned date on time (he called in advance to coordinate). He was very professional, wore booties, protected the floor with blankets and took care to explain what he was doing. He ended up replacing the compressor and drier and recharging with coolant. The whole job took just a few hours and when he left, the only evidence that he had been here was that the refrigerator was now working. Parts and Labor were all covered under the 5 year warranty. I would give them a 10 out of 5 stars if that were possible.

Rea Services recently repaired my LG refrigerator compressor. Since the refrigerator compressor was still under warranty, I needed an LG certified technician, so I called Rea. Initially, I was most impressed that Mohammad returned my call very quickly and responded in a friendly and informative manner. We spoke regarding the problem, and he sent a technician out to assess. Kahleel arrived on time and was very friendly, professional, and extremely careful in the care he took to protect everything while pulling out the fridge and assessing. Very quickly, Mohammad called back, and we discussed the necessary repairs. He made extra effort to call LG and make sure the repair would be covered by the warranty. The repair date was scheduled, and Mohammad and Kahleel showed up on time. Upon entering the house, the two of them brought protective blankets for flooring and cabinets. They took extreme care to be neat and careful. I did not even have to request that they protect our belongings as I have often had to do with others. Due to LG sending some incorrect parts, the repair became a frustrating one and took more time than expected. The two men stayed all the way until the repair was finished even though I told them they could come back another time. It was very important to them to finish the job and finish it well. I felt very bad for them but was also appreciative since I knew they were probably loosing money to have such a long work day. I would highly recommend Rea Services for appliance repair. They were very professional, careful, and thorough.
