"The owner of A1 Carpet repair, Mr. James Scoggins, and his helper arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time - a true phenomena for repair technicians! Then they got straight to work, and finished up in 2.5 hours repairing over 20 spots throughout the house at the corners of doors and closets and on the steps where our cats had clawed the carpets over the years. The work was excellent and professional and the cost was exactly what they quoted over the phone with no surprises.
