Time was of the essence and we had no choice to pay the additional amount. Their price listed is not accurate."

"Provider was suppose to return and finish laying sand on the patio. Since job was very close to complete, I paid him rather than wait. I never heard from him again. The sand has since washed out in spots and another provider is correcting the situation with polymeric sand. Other than the sand issue, the patio looks good in the way it is laid out. Provider was punctual, and the project went very fast considering it was in the middle of the winter.

"Short notice move, from apartment in Norfolk to Va Beach. Jeff was able to make it happen. Day of the move, Greg and Zack arrived on time, introduced themselves, surveyed the items to be moved and got started. Went real quick, one and a half hours after they arrived, they were leaving me in my new apartment. Quick, efficient service, they wrapped both TV's and handled everything with care. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier."
