"We chose Sword Hardwood Flooring because the company facility is in our neighborhood and Sword has a well-established presence in our area. We replaced about 400 square feet of carpeting with hardwood in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. The company owner visited our home with samples of the wood flooring, clearly explained our options, and emailed a cost estimate a few days afterward. The hardwood floor was installed on schedule two weeks after we accepted the estimate. The project required only one day to complete. The installer installed quarter-round shoe molding he stained to match the wood floor color. The installer hauled away the old carpet and cleaned up thoroughly after the project was completed. We are highly satisfied with the work and the appearance of the flooring."

I went back to the company in June 2024 then waited three months for reinstallation. After another month, the reinstalled pieces are now separating as well. Visited showroom to demand resolution. The response of the warehouse manager – responsible for reinstall – was to note that I had not responded to a follow-up call placed three days after the reinstall (seriously). When I explained thst as a customer it’s my responsibility to pay – not to return his calls, his response was “this conversation is over” and walked away. Exchange was witnessed by sales associate who sold us the flooring. Images show install and reinstall."
