My AC was blowing too cold. he found that the capacitor was a bit weak. but instead of trying to upsell or overcharge me, he adjusted it and made sure everything was running smoothly without charging me a dime. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days!"

"I had the pleasure of using this service last August. Last year my AC went out and another company wanted to charge me over $800. to repair it. Being outraged and "hot" I called Advantage. Two very handsome men not only quickly repaired it, but the bill was a little over $100. "My HVAC went out on New Years Day and I called several repair companies and Chirchhill was the only one to get back to me on the same day. Steve called and texted me to see what was wrong and how they could help. While on the phone I described to Steve what happened and the noises I heard prior to it going out. Steve was able to pretty much diagnose went might need to be replaced and had the part in stock! Joe came out the to my house and within 20 minutes I had heat! A few days later I called Steve back and reported to him that my heat was not working correctly (Turning on and off). Steve sent Joe back out who immediately discovered condensation inside a hose. Joe emptied out the water and left free of charge. Every works great!"

"I would not recommend S&K plumbing services. I had a leak in a copper line for my humidifier. The S&K plumber came out and said he would have to check with one of the HVAC techs and he would come back with parts he needed. I later received a call to reschedule and was told the plumber was not coming back and an HVAC tech could not come for another week, unless I said it was an emergency. I called another plumber instead who came and fixed the leaking soldier joint. S&K charged me a $55 service call for the plumber's visit. I called to dispute the bill and was told the plumber could not do the job I needed and I would have to pay for the service call. But clearly the plumber didn't have the skills to do the job, i.e., resolder a failed copper joint."
