"Justin did a phenomenal job cleaning our home. He was also very accommodating with our animals and made sure to work around them safely. I really appreciated that he was considerate about the cleaning products he used and often chose safer alternatives to standard cleaners. His attention to detail truly went above and beyond, and it showed in every room. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough and thoughtful cleaner."

"My 30-year-old furnace failed on a Monday with night temps at 10 degrees. Elemental came out that day and tried to service the unit. It was unserviceable with a cracked heat exchanger. The salesperson came out at 10:00 PM at night to provide a quote for replacement. The service tech also stayed until he arrived. They didn't try to oversell beyond the equivalent of the existing unit. They replaced the entire furnace and AC units (connected) on that Wednesday (my request). I was worried that I would be overcharged given my immediate need. However, it was just the opposite. After talking with friends and neighbors who had to replace their units in the last few years, as well as a relative in the HVAC field, Elemental's price was extremely fair and reasonable. Everyone involved (repair tech, salesperson, installers) were very professional, prompt and knew their trade. I could not be more pleased with the experience and result. Assuming maintenance support will be of the same quality."

"Excellent company! Our technician, Juan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything to us regarding the job. Was very honest and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. We have been telling everyone about this company and the top notch customer service we received. We highly recommend them!!"

FAQs for sonic cleaning projects in Broadway, VA

Professional blind cleaning costs between $10 to $50 per blind. The type of blind and blind size make up most of the cost, but you may also need to pay a fee for cleaning supplies. Aluminum Venetian blinds are quite dirt resistant and cost around $10 to $34 per blind. However, roller blinds are more complex to clean, ranging from $18 to $50 per blind.

The average cost to hire a house cleaner is between $30 and $50 per hour. Costs vary depending on house size, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you want. Deep cleaning will be more expensive since it requires more time and effort to move furniture and clean hard-to-reach areas compared to a standard cleaning session.

The average house cleaner cost is around $180, which should cover about four hours of work. However, each project is different and costs can range from $100 to $1,000, depending on the house size and the cleaning needed. Other cost factors can include your location and what level of cleaning you want. Standard or basic cleaning may include vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting the kitchen and bathrooms. Deep cleaning costs about twice as much and often includes cleaning behind and underneath furniture, washing windows, and polishing hard-to-clean surfaces. Emergency cleaning, extreme cleaning, and holidays also impact pricing. Move-in and move-out cleaning typically cost more, too, because of the extensive, whole-house cleaning involved.

There are ways to save money on blind cleaning to help maximize this project and keep your blinds looking like new. Some ways to save money on this project include:

  • Cleaning all blinds at once can potentially give you a discount

  • Choosing a more cost-effective method, like ultrasonic cleaning, over more expensive options

  • Speak with different blind cleaning companies about deals or special coupons

Although tipping is not a requirement, many people tip house cleaners around 10% to 15% of the final cleaning cost. Some people tip as much as 20% or more, but it’s up to your discretion. Rather than tipping each cleaning session, you can also tip monthly or give the house cleaner a holiday bonus. There are no rules for tipping, but if your house cleaner did a great job it’s encouraged.
