With over 20yrs combined experience and partnerships with reputable suppliers we offer a small family owned business experience with great quality and professional services at extremely fair prices. We have limited availability because we only take on jobs we can handle in a timely manner so customers can expect their projects to be done on time and never rushed through. We offer references and photography of past projects and insurance to protect our customers. We do not ask for all of the payment up front so you can rely on the job getting done on time and no chance of fraudulent activity. "Don's Improvements did a great job with our master bath tear-out and remodel. I submitted a photo and drawing of our project on Angie and Tracy with Don's Improvements, responded and scheduled a site visit. Tracy brings decades of construction experience and helped guide us from concept to detailed plan. They put us in touch with a great local tile company, Dehart Tile in Christiansburg. There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent. We are very pleased with our new bath. We highly recommend Don's Improvements."
