The flashing wasnt done right and the hole allowed the water to work its way down. After 20yrs of this minor leaking it destroyed my wall, damaged the rock, and even worked its way to the beginning of the flooring above the basement room. The pictures show what 20yrs of a tiny leak can do. What a simple minor leak looked like, was actually a monster that damaged alot. They fixed everything to perfection, even found a second minor issue after fixing the flashing. The rain was also working its way behind gutter and because he was working in the rain he fixed that too. Yes he was working in rain. I couldn't ask for a better job done. Google has more detail"
