A home-made gazebo was right next to the tree. The cleanup was completed, the debris was cleared, and they treated us with respect. They worked quickly, but safely as a team. They controlled all the limbs and cut trunk pieces as they were lowered, so there was no chance of damage to other parts of our yard. They did everything they had agreed to do. They had to remove a section of our fence to get their machine into our yard…It was replaced perfectly. We had bids from other companies for much less, but we could not be happier that we chose Ott Tree Services and Landscaping, and the results are worth every penny! We will use them again, if the need arises."
