"Considering the time of year, these guys were very prompt. The first gentleman arrived on time and ran a snake to try to see if he could find out what was happening. He wasn't able to find anything, so he said he'd send his partner in with a camera. When his partner arrived later that day, he sent the camera down and found a clog almost immediately.
