"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"My husband selected Champion. They offered a lower rate than my preferred company of Visionaire. I didn't get any shutters with Champion but I am still overall happy with using the company. I felt pressured to purchase but my husband said he didn't. He saw what the windows offered and provided and just wanted them. But if the salesman left our house with the sale, the offered would not have been available. So to me that's pressure. Contact Champion last so they can beat the other offers you received. The windows are great and I see a difference. The window demonstration is the WOW factor."

"Britt replaced both my front and back doors. Plus, he added a storm door to the front. Britt was wonderful! He explained everything perfectly so that I was able to understand the entire process. He stayed in contact with me with updates about when the doors were ordered, arrived, and worked with my schedule for the install. The doors are perfect! He knows his stuff. "Everything went great. The owner, Jim, came out the same day we called and gave us the bid. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He let us ask any question no matter how simple it may have been. His bid was right in line with others we received, but ultimately we felt that the quality and service we would receive from Accent was better.
Dee was our installer and he did a great job. He was quick but very thorough. Even though we had 14 windows to replace he nearly finished in one day. He even made the extra effort to come back the next day for 1 hour to finish the last bits because he wanted to do a good job and there wasn't enough light on the first day to finish. He even let our 4 year old son follow him around the house which may have been annoying for some people, but he was very kind about it.
Overall, we absolutely love our windows. Our home is quieter and more comfortable and we can actually SEE out of our windows. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Accent Windows.
