"The installers were the utmost professionals. Prior to doing the installation, they explained what they were going to do and got our buy-off. They wanted to make sure that everything that we had asked for was what they planned to install. They did an excellent job of minimizing creating a mess and of cleaning up afterwards. They truely wanted to make sure that we were happy with their quality of work and with their speed. The office had told us that it would most likely take 2 days to complete the work. The installation team decided that we had waited long enough for the material and did not wat us to have to wait any longer than needed. So, they stayed until they were able to complete both the Shower and floor installation. The results were beyond our wildest dreams! Although it took a long time for the material to arrive, 4 months, the final results made the wait so very worth while! We were very much impressed with the results and very happy with the quality of work. Needless to say, we would hire LifeSpan Home Improvement for any future work that we may need.
