From the beginning there was no high pressure sales. He presented the facts so I could make a smart decision and the pricing was very fair (I shopped around a lot beforehand). When Brent came to install he was super professional and took great care to make sure the service was done right and that we were comfortable with it. He even did a couple of extra small things. "We had used Barlow Service Experts for some time and had generally good experiences, but our recent water heater replacement was very disappointing. When our old unit flooded the basement, the sales rep, Nicholas Allphin, assured us we could do a payment plan for a new tankless heater. He was polite and professional, but would swipe past all of the verbiage on his tablet straight to the signature block, repeatedly reassuring us of what it said and that it was a payment plan. Months later, after repeatedly asking for payoff information, we learned it was actually a lease that would cost nearly double what we were quoted. We felt completely misled and taken advantage of, and it was incredibly frustrating to realize the truth only after months of trying to get answers. This felt dishonest and manipulative. If you still choose to use them, be very cautious and double-check everything they do and say, because there?s a good chance they could be doing the same thing to you."
