I hired Bill to build my forever home and he would constantly give me updates on how things were going and rough timelines. Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. "Parker was awesome! I hired him for a dryer repair, and I admit I was a little leery because I've not lucked out with hiring good contractors in the past. He is professional, personable, highly intelligent in figuring things out, and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the job before he leaves. He even texted me to give me a heads-up when he was headed my way for the appointment. He is a lot more reasonable than hiring an appliance-specific repair man. He tore my dryer apart and had it figured out within an hour for the drum to start spinning again. He also is great about guaranteeing the quality of work he has done. Example: After he fixed my dryer, I discovered it was not heating and only drying with cold air when doing a batch that evening. He came back the following day and found there was one resistor not plugged in tight. He had it fixed within a matter of minutes and did not charge me anything to come back out again and fix it. I highly recommend him, and I will hire him again in the future."
