The kitchens, beds and book shelves were especially nice. I spent a week getting quotes and am glad that I went with Essential. They called ahead to get detailed information and had me send pictures so they would be prepared to do the best job possible. We had Cecelia come to the home for 3 days and she did an amazing job. "28 July contacted American Home Service United.com. Was quoted $129 for duct cleaning. Appt was set for July 29 between 8-11. Tech (Lucas) arrived at 9:13 AM, spent some time in attic. I heard nothing so went to garage and saw his feet dangiling from the opening to the attic. Watched for 10 minutes. He then desended and told me Appt was made with American Home Service United .com 28 July for 29 July between 8-11 AM. A tech (Lucas) arrived at 9:13 and entered the attic soon after. I did not hear any movement so went to the garage where I observed his feet resting on the ladder rung for a full 10 minutes. He then desended and showed me pictures of mold(?) and told me there were leaks in the vents. He quoted $1200 to clean, seal, and use a chemical to sanitize. I could not accept so he went to his vehicle to call management. He returned and lowered the quote to $950. I still thought it was too much. He then offered only a chemical treatment for $600 and I said I need to think about it. He then gave me his personal phone #606-221-7897 and told me I should pay $129 for today. My reply was for you to tell me all that is wrong here. I felt something needed to be done because I have been sneezing and have had a runny nose lately so I said would you do the chemical treatment for $ for 500. He accepted and began unloading his equipment at 10;56 . He did use a chemical, I could smell it."
