He seamlessly put up a pony wall where a wall had been taken down, repaired major gaps in the drywall due to ceiling and lighting remodeling, and added a beautiful backslash. Replaced old water heater with new 50 Gal and installed pressure reducer. 100psi to 75psi. noticed a small change at the shower head but pressure is still adequate."
