Advanced Door, LCI wasn't able to be home because of an emergency, and he showed up, did the repairs, and was willing to let me pay him later. He was very friendly, and very good to work with. I will definitely be using him again.
I called two places for an estimate and timeline. The first place I called said $220 and about a week. Bennett's Glass said about $180 and 3-4 days. I then gave Bennett's the go-ahead to come measure the window to give me a final quote. They were supposed to come take the measurements...

YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

Some things that I have done in the past are changing/wiring electrical sockets, painting, trimming doors, installing cameras, cleaning gutters, window cleaning, furniture assembly, TV mounting, and so much more. Basically if it’s a household task I’ve probably done it. I also am a welder and have access to welding and cutting equipment. Most of my welding work has been industrial, but I can do small jobs for people who don’t have access to a welder. Some of these would be fixing metal handrails, fixing gates, hard facing lawn mower blades, tool repair, and other one person welding jobs. My goal is to serve the customer in a professional and quick time frame, for a reasonable cost. I will give free estimates, and have senior and military discounts.
