"I had Valley plumbing in for a second bid on a sewer problem in an old rental home. The company that did the first bid said they found a blockage under the basement bathroom and under the foundation of the home. Also, they found a break in the line in the driveway. They said it would take $8000 to repair the bathroom, remove the floor covering, bathtub, tile, sink, concrete and put everything back. It would take another $4000 to repair the sewer pipe break in the driveway. Valley plumbing found the break in the driveway but their camera showed not problem under the basement bathroom and foundation. They quoted a bid of $1800 to do the repair.
