Our basement didn’t flood and this company tried to represent themselves as the state! I did get the job done by a certified plumber from ACE, total cost $275.00. So...Roto-Rooter upbid by $500.00 and harassed me. Don’t be this companies next mark, they are crooks!"

When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

We are not plumbers doing this on the side. We have more equipment and more experience with CIPP ( cured in place piping/ Lateral lining ) than anyone in the state. We are able to re line sewer, conduit, drains, storm drains and heat vents from 1.5" up to 24". We can re line pipe through bends (45's and 90's with very little wrinkling. We can re line through wye and tee connections and use a robot to drill out the opening to the branch lateral. We also offer pipe bursting on water and sewer lines from 1/2" up to 10"

BUT, he is very overpriced and rude if you question anything about what he's doing or if you need anything more (including information) after he's left the premises. His rudeness and unwillingness to help with information contributed to us losing a contract on our house."
