Brad showed up on time, walked us through the process before starting, and clearly knew what he was doing — proper forming, good base prep, and clean control joints so we shouldn't see random cracking down the line. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward — no leftover concrete chunks or forms left in the yard — and the whole job was finished on the timeline they quoted. Pricing was The finish looks great. Even surface, clean edges, no weird lippage or trowel marks anywhere. They also got the slope right so water runs away from the house instead of sitting there.
