"I called around noon on the 4th of July.  Ron was out of town for the holiday.  But he made it very clear he would come back in and fix the problem that day if necessary.  I told him I had turned the water off already and the leak could wait a day.  He came the next morning, as promised.  He quickly found the problem was a slow leak in the pipe just barely under the slab in the kitchen.  He was able to pull up the pipe and fix the problem without having to cut into the concrete.  A less honest person might not have done that in order to turn a small repair into something more expensive.   Ron was fast, professional, and honest.  Just what you want in a plumber.  He did all of this on a Saturday during a holiday weekend.  The whole process only took 90 minutes and he even cut me a break on the price.  I will definitely use this company the next time I need a plumber.  I highly recommend Steele Plumbing.
