They still had to come back to finish some things that took a while because they had to wait on the parts. The customer service was pretty poor. The communication between the workers and project manager was bad. She never fully understood what still needed to be done. And then it was hard to get in touch with project manager to explain the things that needed to be done. I had to get our account flagged to show that there was an issue to finally get her to contact me again. Although it only took two weeks to have the kitchen usable again. The project took 5 months for them to finally finish all the final touches and things."

Their pricing is in-line with several estimates I got from a local carpet, floor, and tile store in Roy Utah. I didn't go with them because their estimate did not include a sink, plumber, or backsplash and when that got included, the price was equivalent. The difference being I didn't know who would do the work. I met Dean and decided on the spot that he would do the work. He is a good and honest guy. You won't go wrong with him."
