He exceeded our expectations at every step of the planning and building process. He listened carefully in the design phase and worked hard to give us what we wanted. He was always responsive in communication, collaborative in his approach to the work, transparent about costs, and good with sub-contractors. He efficiently managed the inevitable unexpected challenges of a new build and worked with us to find good solutions.
