"These guys are awesome. They are very easy to work with and everything that they do is top-notch, from the communication to the actual cleaning. They kept us in the loop so that we would know when they would show up and when they arrived, they were very polite, friendly and courteous. They explained their process and told us what to expect in a very clear and understandable manner. They then fired up their machines and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and couches. They moved at a great speed, worked really hard and got all the stubborn stains out. I wish I could show you some "before and after pictures", it is almost unbelievable. And to make everything even better, the chemicals they used left our carpet, couches and indeed the entire house with this rather nice and dreamy citrus scent that has lasted for weeks now. I definitely would recommend Happy Lion Cleaning to anyone, they are the best carpet cleaners I have ever worked with. They did an excellent job for me and I will keep hiring them from now onwards."

"I went with a local provider instead of Bath Fitter. I had received other recommendations others for Bath Fitters, that they had done good work, so they were one of our choices that we got a quote from, but I’m not going with them. The quote that they gave me, I believe was $2,500. They were prompt and they replied, things like that. Price was competitive, but the other one was better."

"RSI is a great replumb company. The actual replumbing was outstanding and we opted for the upgraded pro-plex fittings to increase our warranty from 10 to 25 years (not an up sell by Jamey - our choice). They also put in-place a dedicated recirculation line for our tankless water heater. The RSI team (Kenny and Milo) was expert at locating and replacing the old polybutylene piping with minimal impact to sheetrock, tiles, and fittings. They finished the work early but were delayed in finalizing the project due to a delay from the Regional Building Inspectors, not RSI's fault. Our only suggestions are 1) better daily clean-up, 2) better attention to detail repainting sheetrock (we had to repeatedly point out areas for a 'redo' and adjacent areas for touch-up) - this seemed harder to do that we expected (this is why we gave them a B rather than an A for quality). Jamey was very responsive to us and answered our questions/concerns thoroughly and promptly. We will recommend RSI our neighbors and friends.

"Truth be told, my low rating has more to do with my experience after the work was completed. A few hours after he left, I noticed that there was some slight damage to one of the tiles in my shower, in a corner and close to the floor. An attempt had been made to repair it. I emailed the business and simply stated that I really wished I had been told about it upfront rather than finding it on my own. That was on a Monday night and now, five days later, I have not received any communication from this business to even acknowledge my email. Exceptionally disappointing."

Grout Tile Cleaners questions, answered by experts

After cleaning your grout, you should let it dry for at least 24 hours to make sure all of the moisture has evaporated before doing any resealing. Sealing your grout before it’s completely dry will lead to even more work because you’ll have to do it all over again. The sealant won’t stick to damp grout; it will just peel off.

You want the bonding process to get started but not finish before wiping away newly applied grout. That process takes about 15 to 30 minutes. Use a wet cloth or sponge to remove the grout, but keep in mind that it will continue to dry and cure. Drying and curing times vary by the type of grout, so read through the instructions to know when it’s safe to walk on or use the room in which you tiled.

The most effective method uses specialized cleaning solutions and equipment to loosen dirt and stains, followed by high-pressure rinsing and steam cleaning to sanitize and restore the tile and grout's original appearance.

If left untreated, the smell of pet urine may not go away on its own. This is because urine is a surfactant that can penetrate fabric and upholstery, even some porous concrete. Plus, urine attracts bacteria, which can worsen the smell. When dealing with urine on your couch, treat it immediately or pay for the cost of a house cleaner. Most pros charge between $30 and $50 per hour.

Yes, grout haze should be removed prior to sealing and the grout should be allowed to dry thoroughly. All grout, except epoxy, should be sealed to protect it from erosion, dirt, and spills. Sealing grout also prevents it from absorbing moisture which can lead to mold and mildew growth.
