"They are so responsive, personable, and very communicative. I loved my experience with Potter & Sonâ s. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail was like no other. I loved that I could take my time in deciding what to do, and with all of them to answer every single question I had. Once I ordered the materials they communicated with me throughout the process. "Amazing crew and very pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond with the plethora of projects we had and I can’t thank them enough.
