They set up my basement plumbing and kept me informed through the whole process. They also had a reasonable financing option that helped me stretch my budget and accomplish more. From Leann who got me a slot within an hour of reaching out, to Donnie who performed the plumbing work on the shower piping, everything was a grade A experience. They have fair pricing, and they also do a variety of other service like electrical and HVAC that I will soon be calling them back to take on for me. Very attentive and thorough. Great work in every aspect. Friendly and professional. My only problem is since I'm older I still remember when minimum wage was $1.85/hr so I tend to over estimate the value of money.

Overall, pretty happy will see what happens once it warms up. We had some issues with the installation, and they did a pretty good job of trying to make it right. Wife is mad but we will fix it. Not super happy about everything but have working AC this summer. Better communication would be nice no company is perfect but I would use them again. Had about 6 other companys I worked with one did some work and ended up just having Connect do it all. I was trying to get other work done, but they forgot to follow up on giving me a quote for that job. Update: Look how optimistic I was "My sweet summer child" I was this has turned into the worst experience I have had. I forgot I wrote this review.
