"It was an unusual problem with a situation that most contractors rarely see, and we had previously had another roofer do a complete re-roof that still leaked. Eric was very knowledgeable and immediately knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. There was an unfortunate accident that broke a very expensive part of a glass roof on a sun room, but Eric did not hesitate for a moment to stand behind his work and paid the sun room builder in full to replace the broken panel. So, even though there was some inconvenience, accidents do happen, Eric stayed in touch, asked for no payment until everything was finished. He made a trip over to inspect the job and made sure that all was done to our satisfaction and the roof no longer leaked.
