My grandparents’ home was the first home built on what is now known as Cedar Hills and my parents’ home was the second. We moved 60 miles south to Monticello for about 10 years. In 1993, I moved back to Moab as a young adult with my young family to end a 1 hour commute for my husband’s plumbing business. He is the owner of Whipple Plumbing and Heating and Moab Solar. I picked up where my father left off in the Real Estate Business in 1997 as a full time agent after my children went to school and have been there ever since. In 2011 I sold 50 acres to a group from Poland who wanted to preserve the history of Moab Dinosaur fossils. Known as Moab Giants, this is a unique open air dinosaur track museum coming in spring of 2014 located 9 miles north of town at the junction of Hwy 313 and 191. Paleontologists from all over the world have been coming here for years to explore this unique area that is part of what is called the Dinosaur Diamond and known for hundreds of sites and discoveries of new tracks and fossils.
