"Chris Trease is an EXCELLENT Design Consultant. He provided 3 bid options. When I chose Utah Flooring and Design, he left carpet samples with me as I had severely injured my back and could not get to the downstairs apartment where we needed to replace carpeting due to severe damage by renters. He helped me choose the type of carpeting I wanted during the consultation on May 29 but I could not make the color choice because of the above. Chris did not rush me to make a decision about the color. I was finally able to get downstairs late in the afternoon of June 1, after a second chiropractic treatment. Chris ordered the carpet that evening and it was installed on June 11. The installers were FABULOUS. The only reason I gave a 4.5 instead if a 5 for customer service is because I was not informed of a later arrival time than the one I expected. I called Chris and he took care of it and the installers made up for the difference. The individual who forgot to call me about the time change DID APOLOGIZE and ADMIT her MISTAKE, so I APPRECIATE that SHE TOOK OWNERSHIP.
