"I hired this business to do a quick turn over for my rental home. The previous tenants left the house a mess and I needed to get it clean. I am a long-distant landlord and could not do the cleaning myself. I hired them for a flat fee. They came through and missed major things and focused on things that were not as important to me. They left some things messier than I had remembered them being. When I called about them coming back to make things right, they told me that it would be an additional fee. The company sent the same people back to do the followup and she could not remember if she had cleaned things or not. I ended up paying more than I wanted, did not get the service that I expected and had to push back the new tenant by 4 or 5 days until I could get back there to do the work myself. I will not use them again. They were super nice and in the end got my old stove looking like new."

"The gutters got cleaned. Leaf Filters were installed on the gutter. I am waiting to see if the filters actually worked. There were two issues. The first is that the installer did not show for the orginal appointment. I had to call customer service to reschedule the appointment. The second issue is that two items in my garage were stolen. The items were a toilet auger and a day pack. The day pack contained "essential items" for hiking that I have had for at least 30 years. Essential means items like a compass, emergency blanket, first aid etc. plus a monocular. It will cost around $250.00 to replace."
