"After the first month of the COVID pandemic, it became clear that my deck desperately needed replacing. It was a 10 yr old deck that was rotting and deteriorating, and could not stand up to the constant use that came from my family being home all the time. I was nervous about starting such a large project at such an uncertain time. I contacted a handful of contractors to replace the 500+ sq Ft deck, and I am thankful that I ended up choosing Infinite Construction. Charlie Teer and his crews delivered on time, on budget and we could not be happier with the end result. Charlie handled the initial estimate, deck design and all communications himself. While the deck is a simply a large elevated rectangle, the project had some complexities - with neighbors, fence lines and an elevated air conditioning unit. Charlie incorporated some design changes - suggestions no other contractor came up with - that truly made a difference in the appearance of the deck. He and his crews handling of the air conditioning unit (again, another issue that no other contractor I spoke to knew how to handle) was smart, efficient and never required us to stop using the AC. When I met with contractors on this project, Charlie's quote was not the most expensive, nor was it the cheapest. However, in the end, I definitely got the greatest value by choosing Infinite and Charlie Teer. I would enthusiastically recommend Infinite Construction to anyone considering a deck replacement."

"In May 2022, Comax replaced my roof and built a new porch in my backyard. The quality of the workmanship is evident and I'm very pleased with the results. However, about a year and a half later, I noticed that one of the porch pillars was bended. When I contacted Nicholas, the owner of Comax, he was very professional and helpful. Nicholas responded immediately to my call and took immediate action to resolve the issue. Even though the contractor responsible for the porch had left his company, Nicholas came to my house personally to inspect the problem and contact the contractor to make the necessary repairs. "First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself"
