"From the moment I walked into this business on Feb. 9th, 2018 which was my second times in there I was greeted with the feel of racism and the people (Owners) acted as if they didn’t want nor need my business. The employee that had not been working there that long was very nice and helpful. But the owners which whenever they decided to come out to help on pricing kept giving me a different price each time. The male owner had to be called 3 times and each time he acted as if he was ignoring the clerk we both waited and he was also in plain view of us. He would quote me a price then walk away and come back and quote me another price. Guessing the female was his wife, she would also quote me a lower price and with him not knowing what she quoted he would quote me up to $15.00 to $20.00 dollars more than she did. When it was brought to his attention (by his clerk) that she had giving me a different quote he would call her to come to the front and all of a sudden she would find it in his favor and say something like, “Oh well the plant is really going for this price and he is giving you a better deal and you can not get a better price than that. I was left there thinking how these two people talking to me like I was a child that didn’t understand or that I was easy prey. I could not believe those “Arrogant ***-Holes!!!” I also kinder wanted to see those what the arrangement would look like and explain to them that I had purchase plants from them before which I picked but by the time they made it to the back the be prepped and made it to the Funeral Home the plant looked as if it had the consideration nor that ugh they put into it. Like there was no concern about how it was presented to the family. I too, did not want to give these people or this business a Star at all. “THUMB DOWN!!!” (Not only did I feel it but I was also told these people are very racist and the N-Word is used freely in their business)"
