"I have a rental property in Melissa Texas but I currently live in Phoenix, Arizona. When my tenants moved out, the house was in major need of a paint job. My previous tenants had painted the house. They did the job themselves and got paint on the ceilings, doors, and boarders. It was horrible! And the colors they selected where crazy.
I called Steve from an advertisement I saw. I let him know I was out of town and I was unable to be there to for see the paint job. He went to check the home out to give me a price and much needed input. He recommended some colors. I have to admit that I was a little scared considering I was so far away and didn't even know this man. But I went ahead and trusted his choice in colors due to his experience.
HE DID AN AMAZING JOB! The colors looked AWESOME with the flooring and the style of my home. He also painted the boarders and the ceiling where the other paint was showing. When he was done, the house looked like a brand new home!
I have gotten nothing but compliments on the paint job. I had a property management company come by to view the house to rent it out for me, and they said the paint job made the home look like a model home!!!! The cleaning crew who I hired called and the lady said she just loved the color and the house looked really nice! To make a long story short, I got a tenant the 1st day I showed the house. Everyone who saw it wanted to rent it. My new tenants had family over shortly after moving in, and they said everyone loved the colors and the house.
Steve is a professional man with a great talent of painting! He was kind and honest with me. In addition, knowing I was not in town, he pulled some dried up shrubs and watered my lawn for me!!!
