"Randy quoted a price for the job and that is exactly what it came to. He brought receipts for the materials that he purchased for the job as he said he would do. He said he would be at the job at 8 AM and he was there at 8 AM. He said the job would last one day, it lasted one day. He even called and let me know that they forgot to do something and would be back the next morning and he was. On a personal note, Randy knew I was going in for cancer surgery. He called and asked how I was doing from the surgery. I have never had a person who has done work for me care so much. Would I hire Randy and Chris again? I am going to in the next few weeks. I was very pleased."

"Upon requesting a contractor to repair my roof only one contractor reacted professionally and that was David Underferth of Immaculate Construction. Mr. Underferth called and requested permission to come to my home so he could assess any necessary roof repairs. David reviewed the interior ceiling water stains and then went upon the roof and called down the problem was a deteriorated bootjack. He took a photo of the bootjack so I could understand what this fixture was. Further assessment revealed all the boot jacks were in the same condition but said my other roof concerns were unfounded. A very fair bid was accepted and David quickly made the necessary repairs. Two weeks later a huge limb fell into the roof of our metal building and again David was called. He once more exacted an excellent repair at a very fair price. I cannot recommend David Underferth any higher. This is an honest, trustworthy and highly skilled contractor. His prices are fair and work ethic professional."

The fence boards he claimed were good quality, cracked next the day from too much pressure. He used 8 ft boards instead of 4 ft. It took him two weeks to return to replace the fence post and six new boards which cracked the next day. He blamed Home Depot for defective boards. He chose their product and blamed Home Depot. I told him he should pull the boards off and cut to 4 ft and re-install. He said he wood for more money. I told him no it was his responsibility to fix it. He never returned. Me and my spouse pulled the boards off, re-cut and re-installed. I should not have listened to his sales pitch."
