"Austin and his crew were very friendly and acted on a professional level. They played crushed rock on my driveway that is great only thing is I wished they would have went over it with the roller a little more. Would recommend this company."

"I Had MTX Dirt Worx come out to give me an estimate on a pad for my barn, I was blown away with how great of a price they gave me! As soon as they showed up they got to work and didn’t stop till the job was done, turned out great from the dirt work to the concrete. MTX has gained a lifetime customer."

"Rey with J&R completed the work as requested despite some rain delays. We're pleased with the driveway and very disappointed with his failure to remove excess concrete. Small pieces surrounded driveway and concrete pad. It's taken weeks to remove it because only small amounts can be place in our city garbage. The concrete forms were also left behind. I contacted him 3 times after the work and he was totally unresponsive."

Driveway Sealcoating questions, answered by experts

Chip seal lasts only 5 to 8 years on average. This lifespan is significantly shorter than asphalt. It is also less durable. Therefore, chip seal driveway only works if the traffic volume is extremely low. Chip seal is also less resistant to storms and hails. As impact builds up, the chips may become misplaced, creating an uneven driving surface that sometimes becomes hazardous and may damage your tires or cause your vehicle to lose balance.

It is not recommended to seal brand-new or uncured asphalt immediately after installation. You should wait at least three months to allow the asphalt time to cure. Applying a seal coat too soon can trap the asphalt's oils and chemicals, preventing it from fully hardening. This can lead to a weaker surface that is more vulnerable to damage. After the initial three-month curing period, applying a seal coat can extend the asphalt's life by protecting it from water, UV rays, and other damaging elements.

Every 2-3 years, depending on climate and usage, to protect against weathering and cracking.

Whether you should resurface or replace your asphalt driveway heavily depends on its condition. If the foundation is solid and the damage is minor, resurfacing is your best bet because it’s more affordable and faster than replacing the driveway. But if your driveway has foundational problems and/or severe damage, like large, deep cracks and potholes, then it makes more sense to replace it.

You don't technically need to seal your driveway after pressure washing, but doing so will help keep your driveway clean for longer. The best driveway sealer depends on the type of driveway you have. To seal asphalt, consider an asphalt emulsion sealer, fast-drying sealer, or latex acrylic sealer. Concrete driveways commonly use acrylic sealers or penetrating sealers.
