"We had removed the old wallpaper and prepared the area by patching with joint compound and sanding smooth. Then we masked the area to be textured, about 180 sq ft.. They charged us the minimum because it took less time. Overall they the results were fine. I tried spraying the Homax heavy knock down texture. It just didn't work. Let the pro's do it.
