"These guys are the BEST. They treat your home as if it were theirs. Isaac found some possibly faulty electric wiring in my attic and told me about it. He did not have to do that, because it delayed their finishing their job by a day, and interrupted their next job. But he is honest in decent and wanted my home to be safe. They removed all of the old insulation, replaced my ductwork, and blew in new insulation. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times. The other two estimates I had did not alert me to the need for new insulation, and one company never even looked in my attic. I highly recommend this company, without hesitation. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that I wish he had explained in greater detail exactly what was going to happen when he learned that it was the first cleaning. Perhaps it is partially my fault for not asking more question and for not watching what they were doing. I later found out that their cost was a little higher than another company, and I was surprised by the service fee (which I assume was for using a credit card, but there was no other option than to pay with a credit card)."
