"I purchased a "deal of the day" for a quality table top pad for our formal dining room table.  The supplier acknowledge via email with in 48 hours and confirmed my contact information.  They mailed me a kit to pick out my finish and backing of the pad.  The kit also included detailed but simple procedures for measuring and making an etching of the table.  My table is rectangular, so I didn't have to make an etching, but it would be simple to do on any corners, rounded or otherwise.  The pad arrived at the home earlier than we expected and exactly as described and ordered.

"I am just getting around now to writiing a review.  Jacob was easy to work with, reasonably priced, and dis a great job.  I have a 50's era wood framed sofa.  Jacob re-upolstered with leather, refinished the wood and tighted up all the fasteners.  Jacob came to my home to pickup the sofa.  He returned it after a couple of weeks.  The work was very professional.  The sofa looks great.  A year later it is holding up very well.  We are happy and have a couple more items we plan on calling him about soon.

"This is the second time I have used this service.  These guys are amazing.  My carpets looked wonderful after they left and they got out stains that other cleaners haven't.  I have 2 dogs, 3 cats and a very messy teenager who all contribute to the carpets being so dirty.  My carpets looked fresh and clean after they left.   I had been asking my husband for new wood floors because our carpet looked so bad but these guys made them look so good that I will probably never get my wood floors!  They were prompt on time and very detail oriented.
