Scott is excellent.  Arrived on time - took him about 5 minutes to locate the dead animal and another 15 minutes to get into the attic and remove it.  Very Professional, great communication skills,  and knows what he is doing.  Great service.  When I called and requested service - I was explained how they work and that they would provide a quote once they could determine what needed to be done and were very upfront that there was no guarantee that it could be accomplished that day/evening.  I will definitely use them again.

"My 1950, 860 ft house had 20+ yr old dusty, pink insulation, that was even worse after the city revamped utility vaults & pushed rats into the neighborhood. I chose S.R Insulation to vacuum out, caulk open voids, and re-blow insulation. The owner set up an appointment quickly. On the day of service, he did call 15 minutes late to advise of an issue. The 3 person team arrived within an hour, set up the vacuum and bags, then removed insulation; original, wood-shingle slips; and ducting left by A/C techs. They worked between 3 to 4 hours and said they would return next business day. The two part installation, gave me an idea - I asked for an extension, so I could repair ceiling sheet rock while the attic was void. The owner agreed. He did not require partial payment. Three weeks later, I rescheduled. The install was even quicker, filling up to the stud height in white, blown insulation. He leaves behind a cardboard measuring stick to show you. The difference inside the house was immediate. I will not provide calculations, as I added front load washer/dryer to the electric usage at this same time. Later, I found my stove top vent fan blocked. I was able to pull out material from the duct, and the fan worked. Therefore I did not call the owner about this. I paid less than $1500, and thought it fair. I would use S.R. Insulation again and recommend them."

"The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left. 
I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids.
I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me.

"Wonderful!!! Much to our surprise, the company which previously provided the installation was unavailable last year to install our holiday lighting - yikes!!!!! Frank Lester @ A Fence Rescuer - literally came to our rescue - and was successful in obtaining the lights from the previous installer and did a beautiful job of installing the lights - and he even added additional lights to really give the project the perfect look ... his team installed the lights exactly when we needed them ... right on schedule ... no surprises ... and for very attractive pricing. Our Christmas lighting set the stage for a joyous 2015 Holiday season. Now to 2016, Frank's group installed this year's Christmas lights & wreath this morning and again the house looks beautiful for the holidays. "Monty was great. Came out within a day or two to give me a surprising low estimate, and returned a couple of days later to do the work. It was a complicated job because it involved structural elements. Monty clearly knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. He ended up doing more than I'd asked for on his own initiative at no extra charge. My house is close to a hundred years old, so I am experienced in getting work done. I can't imagine that this work could have been done better, or cheaper by anyone else. Plus he seems like a nice guy. Hire him, you won't be sorry."
