While their bid wasn’t the lowest we received, it felt fair and, in hindsight, definitely worth it. The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

If you have something that needs repaired, call me before getting an expensive plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, etc. I have a lot of experience working with my hands. Though I don't have a license for them, I do understand the work, and can help you understand what needs to be done in order to prevent you from being over-sold when they show up. \n\nI have built lots of furniture (IKEA, Amazon, up to custom builds), built and rebuilt picket fences, changed door knobs and locks, installed glass doors, installed smart switches, changed light fixtures and fans, replaced hard wired smoke detectors, some appliance repair, repaired irrigation systems, repaired and replaced toilets and garbage disposals, repaired leaking faucets, changed water heaters.. I could spend all day adding to this list. I've worked on basically everything in some form or fashion.

This is an update to our July 13, 2014 review of services provided, at which time Wally had designed and provided all required architectural drawings, 3-D views and plot plans required by our community HOA for approval .

After a significant wait for final response from the HOA, the original covered patio plan for the  placement and size and design we wanted, were denied. That brought major disappointment, delays and the need to go back to the drawing board. So back to Wally we went for help.

Wally redesigned the structure to accommodate the space available and again prepared all the drawings, documents, plot plan and 3-D views required by the HOA, in a very timely manner. He provided this excellent service at NO cost. How grateful we are to Wally for his timely and generous assistance. The HOA has approved the revised project plan. A great service and result. "I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote. Another contractor came and he was great, but the first thing he asked for was our settlement paperwork. @EASE! was honestly a shot in the dark, I simply liked what their website said and so I called. Hugo has been amazing. He has provided the quality I needed and the expertise I wanted at a cost that is reasonable. He has taken time to explain the work that needs to be done and I can trust his advice as what is best for my home and my family."
