If you have something that needs repaired, call me before getting an expensive plumber, electrician, HVAC tech, etc. I have a lot of experience working with my hands. Grew up having to fix our own things to get by, and eventually got to a point where I do everything myself to make sure it is done right.\n\nThere are repairs that must be performed by a licensed professional. Though I don't have a license for them, I do understand the work, and can help you understand what needs to be done in order to prevent you from being over-sold when they show up. \n\nI have built lots of furniture (IKEA, Amazon, up to custom builds), built and rebuilt picket fences, changed door knobs and locks, installed glass doors, installed smart switches, changed light fixtures and fans, replaced hard wired smoke detectors, some appliance repair, repaired irrigation systems, repaired and replaced toilets and garbage disposals, repaired leaking faucets, changed water heaters.. I could spend all day adding to this list. I've worked on basically everything in some form or fashion.

"We met with Wally, showed him the very rough plans we had, discussed our ideas and the vision we had for the end result. He "got it".  After a couple of meetings and revisions we had plans that encompassed our ideas with his design knowledge and expertise. It wasn't easy to take an existing structure that couldn't be changed and design a workable, functioning unique interior but Wally was able to do just that.
We found him very open and easy to work with. His explanations of what would and wouldn't work were valuable knowledge for us.

"I can't say enough about @EASE! Hugo has been helpful, informative and responsive. They just finished my roof and based on the quality and professionalism of that job I have already contracted with them to repair my siding. I am not experienced in home repair and improvement. When my roof was damaged by ice and hail I didn't know what to do. I was able to make a claim with my insurance and that was good. I knew I needed to get bids for the repairs, but I didn't know how I would evaluate those bids. The insurance company referred me to a company. They came and gave me a slick folder with samples and they never completed the quote.
