"All of the work was done as described and in a timely manner. Alvaro (president) explained the process and answered any questions we had. The crew was punctual, courteous and respectful of the property. Windows, doors and vigas were taped off, drop cloths were used where material would splatter. After the completion of the project everything was cleaned up and put back in place. The workmanship is outstanding and the house looks brand new."

"He came back twice and tried different ways to match the existing texture. We made an agreement for him to give me back $600 so I could hire a Synthetic specialist to fix the area under the window. He worked very hard to fix the problem with no results. I finally said stop just give back some $. My desired resolution was to be refunded $600 to hire a specialist on matching synthetic stucco. He refunded me $600. He followed me to ATM machine and refunded me. His painting was fine. His knowledge of Synthetic stucco texture was poor. But we worked it out."

"Would not recommend if you are looking for quality (at least for texture and mudding). Did a subpar job at mudding and texture match. He came out later to fix the texture and did a decent job at fixing but still not to the level of quality I expected and I've seen others be able to do much better. He claimed to do high quality work and charged a lot more than others, hence my expectations were higher. Also, the attention to detail was lacking, left a bit of a mess on the deck and carpet having specs of texture and overspray in areas it shouldn't be. I like the guy as a person he is friendly and all but he needs to learn to back up his claims or charge much less for the sub-par quality he performs, which if I had known the outcome would have hired someone else."
