"Original window was 2 to 4 pm they called and asked if they could come earlier around 1 pm. Actual arrival was 3:30 pm. I am getting the house ready to sell they worked extermely hard and efficient. They were able to get burnt on residue off my ceramic range that I had been unsuccessful to do. They had more to clean then they expected brought another resource and then they even stayed to help the carpet cleaner. This crew was great, maticulous and thourough. "I have two cats and a small dog. It wasn't messy, it was just dirty. Two ladies showed up on time and cleaned for 5 hours @ $30/person/hour. They cleaned the baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans and everything in between. I was very happy with the quality of the service and the speed in which they worked. This was the initial cleaning, so it took a little longer, but subsequent cleanings should be much quicker. One of the cleaners accidentally left a few scratches on the vent-a-hood, but she was very honest and let me know. It wasn't a big deal, but I was impressed that she let me know. She even asked me if I wanted to call Raquel, but there was no need. I will definitely use them again. I recommend this service for sure. They get an A!
