I also paid for them to purchase edges and , and installing edges in the flower beds. They did not install the edges, and did not provide a refund. The plastic covers are not covering the flower beds completely."

At coops landscaping service we offer mulching, gutter cleaning, lay gravel and rocks tree and bush trimming. You call us out we will get the job done. As for the customer we will go over the job when the job is completed to the customers liking.

Topsoil should go down first.
