"Terrible. After 3 "treatments" we still have ants... actually more than when we first called. Unless you sign up for their annual contract, you are out of luck. Add in they act like they are doing you a favor by coming out and spraying again (since you've paid $259.00 for a one time service) and you still have ants. In the photo you can see (the dark brown line) the last goo they put down for the ants in the garage - right next to the army colomn of ants busy coming and going"

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Completing pest control in San Antonio delivers immediate relief from infestations, reduces allergy and health risks, and safeguards your home’s structure. Long-term, you’ll prevent recurring termite or rodent problems, maintain your property’s value, and enjoy improved indoor air quality. Consistent pest management also supports a healthier living environment and helps your home remain attractive and market-ready.

Helpful?

In San Antonio, unexpected pest control costs often arise from repairing hidden termite or rodent damage discovered during inspections, additional exclusion services to seal new entry points, and follow-up treatments for stubborn infestations. You may also encounter expenses for attic sanitation after rodent removal, moisture control upgrades to prevent future issues, and tree or shrub trimming to eliminate pest access routes around your home.

Helpful?

In San Antonio, pest control contractors range from large companies with advanced technology to local specialists offering tailored exclusion services and eco-friendly treatments. Some focus on specific pests like termites or wildlife, while others provide comprehensive home protection plans. Choosing a contractor familiar with San Antonio’s climate and pest trends ensures targeted solutions for your property’s unique needs.

Helpful?

Your San Antonio home is a strong candidate for pest control if you notice frequent pest sightings, live near greenbelts or water sources, or have features like crawl spaces or wood siding. Signs such as mud tubes, droppings, or chewed wiring indicate active infestations. Homes in older neighborhoods or with dense landscaping also benefit from proactive pest management and infestation prevention.

Helpful?

Effective pest control in San Antonio involves routine maintenance like monthly monitoring of bait stations, trimming overgrown vegetation, and removing yard debris that attracts pests. Schedule quarterly professional treatments and attic inspections to catch issues early. Adjust your approach seasonally for pests like mosquitoes and rodents, and ensure annual termite inspections and updated exclusion work to maintain strong home protection.
