ly pWe had been seeing alot of little creatures around the outside of our home, especially spiders, once the weather started to warm up.  But after seeing a huge spider in the living room and a scorpion in my 3 year old's bedroom in a 2 hour span, it was time to get the house treated.  We have had 2 other companies in the past come out to treat the home, but weren't thrilled with the price or the service/wait time for an appointment.  After looking up local companies online, I called Bug World to set up an appointment.  I was shocked when she told me they could be out the next morning at 8:30!  The woman who I spoke with was very friendly and she listened to me ramble on about my fear of spiders and worrying my son would be attacked by scorpions.  She said they would spray inside and out for everything and gave me the price for a one-time spray or price for quarterly treatments, but assured me I didn't have to make the decision today or the next day because they would call me anyway in a few months and ask if they needed to come out. 
At 8:25 the next morning, the doorbell rings and he is here to take care of the bugs!  He asked if we had dogs and explained that he would be going to each room (never happened before with the other 2) including the garage and would be spraying for everything (except termites--which we didn't need).  I followed him to each room and asked all sorts of questions.  He said the bugs might come out to die so assured me that was normal, but if it became a problem to call and he would be out that day, if possible, to re-spray.  He was very thorough both inside and out.  After finishing the yards, we walked to the back and he suggested some things to move as to not attract the scorpions.  Before leaving, he told me the same thing the lady did the day before about calling in a few months to see if we wanted to do the quarterly treatments and again said to call if we have any problems. 
I was extremely pleased with the service and lack of spiders and scorpions in and around my house.  I will definitely be using them again and opting for the quarterly treatments.

Bug World treated our home for subterranean termites on 8/15/2011 for a cost of $950. plus tax to include a one year guarantee to treat within the year if termites become active again. On 8/09/2012 a contractor alerted me to live termites in the wall when he was repairing previous termite damage. I contacted Bug World the following morning to inquire to the guarantee - I was treated very ugly, denied he had ever treated our home (never asked for the address, just last name). When I gave him my address he realized that he had treated our home and he could come out the following Monday. He did arrive and treated for free. However, he never went under the house (pier/beam) and only sprayed through a crack in the porch and a couple of holes in the cement. The contractor arrived after he left and we both noticed there was no chemical smell at all and he could not believe he did not go under the home. The original treatment had a very strong odor and he sent his son under our home to treat. I would not recommend for termite treatment, he told me that he only does four a year (that is when he was ugly on the phone with me not during original consultation).

They are very responsive to our needs. They do a good job. Their price is fair. I would recommend them to others.

I like that Bug World is a personalized service and there is one guy that does a really good job. I have been using Bugworld for years and he has not gone up on his prices at all. Even though he has a different area code for him telephone number he does service San Antonio.

He gave us a very good price. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes, so we were pleased. He was very nice.
