"Not an expert residential fence installer, but a good welder. Did not have mobile rig, needed to plug into house. Did not winch gates level. Welds were not matched with enamel or epoxy, but spray paint which wore off quickly. He was a good problem solver, but the project did not go as I envisioned. He stuck out the job until all problems were addressed."
